By submitting your information or registering for any of our events, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By clicking 'Submit', 'Check My Eligibility', 'Register', or any similar button on our website, landing pages, or on any third-party advertising platform (including Google Ads lead forms, Meta lead forms, and LinkedIn lead gen forms), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not submit your information.

WhatNext Overseas Education Consultancy Service Private Limited provides free education counselling and guidance to students interested in studying abroad. Our services include:

• Assessment of your academic profile and eligibility for overseas education programmes
• Recommendations on universities, courses, and countries based on your profile and budget
• Guidance on the application, admission, and enrolment process
• Support with visa and immigration procedures
• Information sessions, live webinars, and online events on study abroad opportunities

Our counselling and all information provided, including during webinars and online events, is advisory in nature. We are a consultancy, not an admissions authority. All final decisions regarding admission, scholarships, and visas rest solely with the respective universities and government authorities.

3. Consent to Be Contacted

By submitting your information through any form on our website, landing page, or through any advertising platform (including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms, or YouTube), you explicitly consent to being contacted by WhatNext Overseas through one or more of the following channels:

• Phone call to the mobile number provided
• WhatsApp message to the mobile number provided
• Email to the email address provided
• SMS to the mobile number provided

This consent applies regardless of which platform or channel you used to submit your information. This consent is given voluntarily and is separate from any Do Not Disturb (DND) registration you may have with your telecom provider. • By registering for a webinar, you consent to WhatNext Overseas using your registration details (name, email, phone) to send you event reminders, follow-up communications, and relevant counselling information
• Webinars may be recorded. By participating, you acknowledge that your questions, audio, or video (if you choose to turn on your camera or microphone) may be recorded and used by WhatNext Overseas for educational or promotional purposes
• Any questions or comments submitted publicly during a webinar (via chat or Q&A) are not confidential and may be shared or referred to in future communications
• WhatNext Overseas reserves the right to reschedule, cancel, or change the format of any webinar at its discretion. Registered participants will be notified as soon as reasonably possible
• Webinars are conducted via third-party platforms (such as Zoom, Google Meet, or YouTube Live). Your participation on these platforms is also subject to the respective platform's terms of service

5. No Guarantee of Outcomes

WhatNext Overseas does not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to:

• Admission to any university or institution
• Award of any scholarship or financial aid
• Grant of a student visa or any immigration approval
• Employment or career outcomes after graduation

Outcomes depend on the individual student's profile, the university's admission criteria, and the relevant government's visa policies, all of which are beyond our control.

6. Accuracy of Information Submitted

By submitting the form or registering for an event, you confirm that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge. WhatNext Overseas shall not be held responsible for any incorrect counselling or recommendations arising from inaccurate information provided by you.

7. Intellectual Property

All content produced and shared by WhatNext Overseas, including on our website, landing pages, advertisements, webinars, and social media, including text, images, logos, videos, and branding, is the sole property of WhatNext Overseas Education Consultancy Service Private Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, record, distribute, or use any such content without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

WhatNext Overseas, its directors, counsellors, and staff shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from:

• Reliance on counselling advice or information provided by us, including during webinars
• University or visa application rejections
• Delays or changes in university admission processes
• Technical issues with third-party platforms used for webinars or advertising
• Any third-party actions beyond our control

Our liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the fees, if any, paid by you to WhatNext Overseas for the specific service in question.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. They apply to all users across all states and Union Territories of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised 'Last Updated' date.
